PRIMARY PURPOSE
Primary function is to provision dedicated servers and upgrades. In addition, the position works closely with DSCC to support customers. The position also assists with datacenter maintenance.

2. Support, reboots, consoles. 30%
3. Install hardware upgrades. 15%
4. Server rebuilds, reinstalls. 25%
5. Hardware diagnostics and repairs. 10%
6. Datacenter maintenance. 10%
EDUCATION: High School Graduation required.
EXPERIENCE: 1 year hands on server Hardware and Software required.
CERTIFICATION: A+, MCP, MCSE, RHCT, RHCE, CCNA preferred.
