This position is based in Phoenix, AZ. We have a budget of $85k-$100k (depending upon years of experience) plus full benefits. For the right person, I may be able to push the client slightly over $100k, but it would have to be someone very senior. This is a solid "people first" type of company, very well respected in their industry. They are known for utilizing the latest and greatest technology. The position is open due to growth, this is not a replacement hire. Hiring due to growth is always a good sign. Team environment with multiple offices and approximately 300 employees.

JOB SUMMARY

The Global Support Engineer (GSE) is part of a highly-focused 24/7 support/system administration team with responsibility for managing our client’s mission critical application environments. The GSE team is responsible for day-to-day proactive administration and operational support for the server and application environments with the objective of 100% business availability. The GSE team designs and implements best practices methodologies for change management and ongoing operations, and designs and implements proactive monitoring, problem resolution, and corrective action procedures. GSEs must possess a passion for this support role and how it contributes to meeting the client’s business objectives. Title : Technical Lead (Hands on, this is not a managerial position. This is a pure technical position with technical leadership skills ) Will be working with the other technical leads. 1. Minimum 12-15 years of experience as a hands-on software engineer

2. Deep experience with scripting languages (python), interpreted languages (java) and compiled languages (C++)

3. Deep experience in LAMP stack

4. Must have demonstrated prior ability to design and develop complex, highly scalable, multi-threaded, transaction based applications

5. Well versed in the use and application of web frameworks (django)

6. Experience with data modeling, analytics, runtime algorithms

7. Database expertise (RDBMS and embedded databases)

8. MS or PhD in Computer Science preferred

9. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and designs preferred

10. Must be process oriented
